Krav Maga Self Defence Classes: We offer regular weekly group class training, and private tuition at our clubs across Cape Town. Learn full contact Krav Maga with UKM. We teach hand to hand combat, ground training, defences against weapon hold ups and attacks, anti-hijacking and anti-rape training. Classes are run in a safe, supportive environment and training is open to everyone, irrespective of your fitness level. No previous martial arts or combative training is required. We have classes for all ages Juniors (4-7yrs), Kids/Teens (7-14yrs) and Adults
